At IA, we hold dear our commitments to our people, our culture, and our relationships. The relationships that we build with each other, our clients, and above all, those we build within our communities. IA celebrated its 35th anniversary by embarking on a year-long philanthropic mission to give back to local communities. IA's '21 Rooms' project has allowed us to leverage our global reach toward improving local communities—one room at a time.

In the spirit of the joyous and giving season, These stories are among the many that continue to inspire the work we do every day.
