IA Eliminates Cap on Vacation Time

IA Eliminates Cap on Vacation Time

IA has introduced a new approach to vacation time for all employees called Agile Vacation Time. The goal of this program is to support our people and recognize that in our highly connected world, a traditional approach to vacation no longer works.

We strongly believe that our employee-owners are the foundation of IA’s success and that providing more flexibility and a better life balance will create opportunities to ensure our people continue to thrive, both personally and professionally.
