IA Announces Three Significant Marketing and Client Services Promotions

The firm is pleased to announce several significant promotions this Fall.

Katrina Reid has been promoted to Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). In this vital role, Katrina is responsible for overseeing the planning, development and execution of IA's marketing, communications, public relations, and client services functions, with a focus on firmwide growth and brand recognition. Her responsibilities range from creative influence on business strategy to developing both marketing and sales strategies.  This is a natural progression for Katrina, who has a notable tenure of almost two decades with IA, and has been part of the corporate real estate industry for the past 30 years. Katrina has held significant leadership roles within the firm, having been part of IA’s Executive Leadership Team (ELT), a board of six executives overseeing IA’s strategic growth and operations, for the past three years. Her innovative spirit, vision, and leadership is pivotal to the strategy, management and evolution of IA.


Julie O’ Shea has been promoted to Senior Director, Client Services
. Julie will be responsible for IA’s Business Development Strategy and Resources. Julie has been with the firm for nearly a decade, and has been a part of the commercial real estate field for 25 years. Her new position is focused on setting strategy and providing leadership and mentoring to the corporate client services and account executive teams.  She will work closely with the CMO and Senior Director of Marketing to ensure the strong alignment for the various business development endeavors spanning the firm’s global platform. Located in our Chicago Studio, Julie will remain closely connected to local client services activities in addition to her firm-wide role, and will continue her active engagement with CoreNet Global and other corporate real estate organizations.


Lauren Killary has been promoted to Senior Director of Marketing
. In this role Lauren will be responsible for directing the Marketing Department including; firm’s strategic marketing, brand and visual identity, and digital marketing efforts. Lauren’s tenure with the firm spans over a decade and her industry experience almost two, allowing her to be well positioned to develop the firm’s short- and long-range marketing strategies, oversee go-to-market strategies for new products and services, and develop an integrated team of marketers.
