Strategy and esthetics underline the transformation of law firm Faegre Drinker’s new office. 

The firm’s mix of senior and young attorneys actively participated with IA in the strategy process providing diverse perspectives for the new environment.

Reducing the office footprint by under 10%, IA maximized efficiency and elevated the design without sacrificing comfort. Downsizing from two floors to one, the new vision retained the existing layout for cost-effectiveness while focusing on hospitality (including a cafe) and shared areas.

 Meticulously planned community and coworking spaces are balanced with zones of serenity. Universal-size private offices, each under 150 square feet, accommodate attorneys and legal admins at a ratio of one admin to four to six attorneys. Boardrooms were retained.
