IA, under a developer-led contract with American Real Estate Partners, is consolidating 11 leased locations for this federal entity responsible for information technology management and systems development. The 400,000 square-foot space features assigned and unassigned desking solutions to accommodate a large-scale telework program.
The open workspace includes a range of collaboration and support spaces scaled to meet the demands of a high-density seating plan, with a calculated utilization rate under 125, 24/7 operations, and a variety of forensics labs. IA also repositioned the building to meet client requirements, including SCIF spaces, a new entrance pavilion, and a modified façade fenestration.
