Saerom Moon
Based in IA’s New York studio, Saerom Moon brings over 15 years of experience shaping luxury hospitality environments at globally recognized firms, including Rockwell Group, Champalimaud, and Ian Schrager Company. Her design practice is distinguished by a refined sensibility and meticulous attention to detail, in which every element is considered to shape an exceptional guest experience.
Beyond her design expertise, Saerom is a collaborative leader with a demonstrated commitment to team development and mentorship. She will play a significant role in advancing IA’s global hospitality vision, working closely with leadership to expand the practice.

Marit Jensen
Based in IA’s Seattle studio, Marit Jensen joins the firm with more than 18 years of experience leading complex projects from concept through completion. Her background includes work with leading firms such as Ware Malcomb, WATG, and MG2, where she developed a strong foundation in both design and project execution.
Trained as an architect with a Master’s degree in Architecture, Marit brings a keen systems-level perspective that bridges interior design and architecture. Known for her thoughtful leadership and operational strength, she will support both the day-to-day execution and broader strategic direction of the hospitality practice.
