IA Welcomes Project Director, Peter Horan and Designer, Nadim Devlin to IA’s Dublin Studio. The talent, leadership, and commitment to great design from both Peter and Nadim will be instrumental in supporting the firm’s growth in Dublin and the surrounding European markets.


Peter Horan, ARB, MRIAI

Project Director

Peter has joined IA’s Dublin Studio as a Project Director. With over 15 years of professional experience, he brings a broad and diverse market perspective in the workplace, retail, and residential sectors to IA, working with clients to understand how individuals interact and engage with their spaces. Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Liverpool, England. He also is a registered architect in both the United Kingdom and Ireland. He has designed spaces internationally for a wide array of clients, including Apple, Prada, Hong Kong Airport, GMR Group, Dolce & Gabbana, and many more.


Nadim Devlin


Nadim brings over 9 years of design and technical experience to IA’s Dublin Studio. He holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Design from the Griffith College in Dublin, and is currently completing his Master’s in Applied Building Information Modelling and Management (aBIMM) at Technological University Dublin. Nadim has designed many projects for various clients, including Dropbox, Lambert Smith Hampton, and Environmental Systems Research, among others.
