IA delivered a high-performance, design-forward workplace for AerCap in Miami, creating an elevated environment that reflects the client's global presence and innovation-driven identity. Positioned within a premier high-rise with unobstructed skyline and water views, the project balances a traditional office framework with highly customized, experiential design elements.

Drawing inspiration from aviation, the design introduces fluid geometries and dynamic forms that subtly reference the movement and precision of aircraft. Curved architectural elements, continuous lighting features, and sculptural moments throughout the space create a cohesive visual language, reinforcing a sense of motion and sophistication.

The arrival experience is defined by a dramatic, double-height lobby with integrated media displays and a custom suspended installation that interprets flight through abstract form. This immersive entry sequence sets the tone for a workplace that is both refined and memorable.

Throughout the office, IA prioritized materiality and detail. Warm wood ceilings, fluted glass partitions, and integrated lighting systems are layered with precision to create depth and continuity.
