Agave Holdings
New Workplace
Coral Gables, FL | 3,500 SF
Agave Holdings, the visionary team behind The Plaza at Coral Gables, envisioned a workspace that balances warmth and sophistication to create an inviting first impression for potential tenants.
IA’s design centers on hospitality-driven details that elevate the visitor experience, using luxe materials, atmospheric lighting, and rich, layered finishes—an environment where Agave Holdings can seamlessly host and inspire prospective tenants seeking space within this vibrant development.
Upon arrival, visitors are greeted by environmental lighting and graphics with the Agave brand symbol lighting the path down the exposed concrete corridor to the reception area. A hospitality designed multi-purpose space acts as a reception, collaborative zone, meeting area, all-hands or hosting area, and game room.
Unexpected furniture shapes like the deep leather couch offers casual seating options, while the large table can be used as a dining option for hosting clients, a meeting space for signing leases, and also can be converted into a pool table for team building and relaxation times.
The meeting room adjacent to this open multi-purpose space has a specialty-designed garage door that offers privacy for sensitive meetings or can be left up to maximize the open area for events. The circular table is another reflection of Agave’s open, accessible culture.
An extensive millwork installation showcases a large TV unit with stone details, creating a fireplace feel in the lounge area. On the other side of the room, the millwork continues with a built-in bar stocked with various tequilas—playing on Agave’s brand name and logo. A sweeping marble backdrop, a unique floor design, soft lighting design by IA, and custom rugs contribute to a sophisticated art-house atmosphere throughout the space while providing users with comfort and ease.
The dedicated office section of the space includes an open collaboration area with touch-down work points separated by external and internal private offices where unique furniture elements create the user’s personal space.
