Cloud-based Software Provider
Global Account Across Six Countries
17,000 – 200,000 SF each
In 2012, this global provider of cloud-based human capital management software for clients envisioned a memorable, state-of-the-art space for its offices nationally. The firm sought workspaces that enable growth, newer infrastructure, and open plans with high efficiency.
Since then, IA has held multiple three-year accounts with the company, and has worked on 150+ projects in seven countries, including its North America headquarters campus, totaling over 1 million square feet.

IA's account model for this client features a core team as the central design office where all in-house design services are performed. Therefore, all projects are staffed with individuals who are trained in the client’s standards and requirements, with the core, central account team holding ultimate accountability, continuity, and oversight. IA's local offices are leveraged for on-site project personnel, allowing for local market, code, and cultural expertise. The dedicated core team ensures consistent and assured delivery of projects and a deep understanding of client expectations and goals.

The average satellite office size is approximately 30,000 square feet. Each location features a branded, yet culturally nuanced, design with flexible work spaces and fluid plans. To provide adequate meeting spaces, a combination of private, semi-private, and open activity zones at a variety of sizes support an entirely open work environment. The workspace is always anchored by flex zones, providing additional seating for peak days as well acoustic buffer zones from amenities such as reception lounges, cafe/pantry zones and conferencing areas.

Smaller, individual open workstation clusters broken into neighborhoods and accessible activity and collaboration zones inspires team interaction and supports a fun and energetic culture. A great example of the evolution of the workplace, the space provides an innovative and creative environment that supports this fast-growing technology company.

The 200,000 square-foot North America headquarters campus master plan and design includes a courtyard, building lobby, cafe, and workspace renovations. The latest delivered projects in Newport Beach and San Francisco, CA have special location specific design-nods, embracing the surrounding environments.
