Integrating all the angles of cyber security into one consolidated workplace design.

The relocation and design of this cyber security firm’s headquarters to a 125,000-square-foot, seven-story building in Tampa consolidates user groups from multiple locations. Incorporating the company’s advanced technology and geared for future growth, the new workplace is a modern, flexible destination intended to attract employees back to the office.

The design concept, focused on innovation and technology, imbues the space with the company’s brand and culture. Following visioning sessions with the client, the IA team established a theme based on angles that supports the brand, inspiring moments of surprise and fun to generate excitement in client-focused areas and appeal to staff and new talent. At the elevator lobby, for example, a faceted ceiling with bespoke lighting that changes in color marks the start of an intuitive pathway through the headquarters easily navigated by visitors and guests via wide, airy corridors with sweeping views of the exterior.

The new workspace eschews the traditional customer experience center in favor of a full floor dedicated to innovation. There, innovation rooms act as private, client experience centers and display the company’s service offerings and programs in real-time. An engaging digital wall at the floor’s entrance and a centralized innovation hub showcasing the firm’s products and expertise enhance the environment.
