Evite

As the leading digital social-planning platform that brings people together to celebrate life’s meaningful moments and milestones, Evite aimed to attract talent, foster innovation, and enhance its brand with the purchase of a new building in Glendale, CA.

Reflecting the company’s mission, the design of the new space creates a versatile workplace that doubles as an event space, inspiring and nurturing community in a welcoming environment for not only employees and clients.   

IA engaged Evite leadership in visioning sessions to define project drivers, developed a program, and implemented an occupancy strategy for the new workspace. The second-floor assembly space features entertainment and hospitality areas, including a theater and assembly/lounge, photo studio, filming kitchen, game lounge, bar, speakeasy, and commercial kitchen. On the third floor, user preferences were accommodated for the marketing, design, and software engineering teams, complemented by collaboration zones, conference rooms, workstations, a café, and a patio. The two floors, connected by an internal stair, include all-gender restrooms.

Timeless and flexible, the design blends natural materials and playful elements, transforming the new space into a vibrant, comfortable, and inviting environment. Threaded throughout, the emphasis on hospitality is expressed through warm tones, limewash paint, walnut wood and glass office fronts, rich leather, flexible furniture, brick veneer, and vibrant greenery.

Addressing challenges through strategic planning and thoughtful design, IA transformed the Evite workplace into a dynamic and inviting environment aligned with the company’s mission. The result is a multipurpose venue celebrating the iconic Evite brand and it's emphasis on joyful gatherings and inviting experiences.
