Tucked into the rolling vineyards of Calistoga, the redesigned steam room at Four Seasons Napa Valley is an intimate escape. Conceived as a sanctuary within the resort’s world-class spa, it’s a study of texture, tone, and light.

Anchored by a palette of Travertino Chiaro and Taj Mahal quartzite, stones chosen for their quiet sophistication and natural elegance, the design is luxurious yet restrained.

Travertino walls, with their soft linear veining, evoke the surrounding Napa hills, while a single monolithic bench emerges seamlessly from the architecture. Light completes the experience.

Recessed fixtures gently wash the stone in a warm, ambient glow, revealing subtle tonal variations as steam fills the air.

The steam room is its own design moment, a cocoon of warmth, stone, and sensual stillness.
