For the past six years, IA has partnered with this insurance firm to optimize the growth, composition, and vision of their modernization efforts over more than one million square feet worldwide.

IA was engaged to formalize, maintain, and implement neighborhood and activity-based workplace settings as global guidelines. Standards were also developed for furniture and brand consistency. Strategy and change management informed the implementation process early on, ensuring its support of future work setting.

All projects use data-driven programming and planning ratios with a community-focused approach to create purposeful spaces that enhance staff comfort, mentorship, and connection. Each site celebrates circulation and adaptability, reflecting a forward-thinking, human-centered ethos.

Tech-focused solution centers and tech parking zones for mobile AV and tools underline a commitment to ensuring agile workspaces. A variety of space types promote a range of activities from heads-down work to extended brainstorming sessions in training and huddle rooms to comradery and social interactions in breakout areas. This accommodation of hybrid work styles allows knowledge to be shared without barriers and enables easy access to needed resources.
