Lerma’s expansion into the sixth floor of the Luminary Building in Dallas’ West End reflects their core founding principle: embracing deliberate diversity.

Designed as a hospitality-driven space for entertaining clients and guests, the floor strikes a balance between edgy and inviting. The result is a vibrant, multifaceted environment that showcases the agency’s diverse culture and client portfolio through bold murals, eclectic furniture, and an urban-industrial aesthetic.

A spacious hospitality reception zone greets employees and guests with customizable AV features and is designed to adapt seamlessly for events. Intimate lounge areas, complete with plush seating and moody color schemes, foster a sense of community and encourage after-hour gatherings, blurring the line between work and play.

Employees benefit from abundant natural light at their workstations, while the ambiance is enhanced by black-painted walls, whimsical chandeliers, gold-framed artwork, and animal skin rugs. Creativity permeates the space through a variety of amenities, including a yoga studio, theater room, photo studio, and a fully equipped guitar and drum set. Posters and photographs of Lerma’s diverse client projects adorn the walls, instilling pride in the agency’s identity and mission.
