IA Interior Architects welcomes Senior Strategist, Valerie Jardon, RID, IIDA, NCIDQ, LEED AP, Fitwel Ambassador, to the Chicago office. Valerie brings over 13 years of workplace strategy experience and a particular interest in designing for employee happiness and well-being. She has already provided significant value to IA during the COVID-19 crisis as a key contributor to the workplace readiness assessment and action plan as part of IA's Revived Workplace. On each of her assigned projects, she will translate opportunities identified through research into solutions that enhance the employee experience, support business operations, and positively impact our client’s ROI.
