(U.S.A.), Inc., spared a few moments to speak with the IA team about the process of working with us on the in-place renovation of their timeless New York City headquarters. He discusses his team's goals going into the project, the change management process, and how IA and Mitsui USA worked hand-in-hand to identify the actual business drivers that needed to be incorporated into the design. Ultimately, the 91,000 square foot project entailed an array of changes in how end-users were used to utilizing their workplace. But, because of the strong change management efforts and a truly collaborative process, Mitsui USA is already benefiting from a number of efficiencies.
