The leadership of IA Interior Architects is thrilled to share that Jim Camp, AIA, LEED AP, has been promoted to Managing Director of the firm’s New York Studio. As an award-winning management executive, Jim brings over 30 years of experience in the architecture and design industry to the role of Managing Director. Jim has developed architectural studios from their inception in multiple cities, drawing on a broad range of project experience in commercial office buildings and corporate headquarters/campuses.

Upon joining IA in 2021, Jim immediately made significant strides as a Project Director focused on Building Repositioning and Adaptive Reuse Services. His impressive portfolio encompasses a wide variety of markets, including financial services, technology, research, higher education, defense/government, retail, and non-profit organizations, as well as an impressive track record of sustainable design work. He has a deep connection to and history of notable project work in multiple cities in the Northeast, including New York.
